NONSUCH HISTORY & DANCE

As a celebration of 50 years since Nonsuch History & Dance became established as a charity, you are invited to join us at the Woodlands House Hotel, Newbridge for an afternoon dance class followed by the Golden Ages Ball.

The ball will include a selection of different dances from several historical periods, including English Country Dancing from the time of Robert Burns up to the Regency period of Jane Austen.

The music will be recorded tracks produced especially for Nonsuch History & Dance.

During the afternoon you have the opportunity to join us for a dance class to learn some steps, patterns and figures, and practice some of the choreographies before the evening ball. Instruction and calling will be given throughout the evening.

There is no formal dress code. You may choose to wear historical costume, traditional dress or simply summer chic!
